I’m so glad you’ve come. This Blueberry Life is where I explore the rhythm and traditions we are creating for our family in Alaska. We live on Dena'ina homelands, but our family originated in northern Europe, mostly in the British Isles and Germany. We are striving to blend ancient traditions from our heritage while respecting and living fully in Alaska. I hope you read something here that inspires you to create a new tradition for your family, to delve into your own heritage, or to more fully embrace where you live now. Because I have been inspired by others sharing how they are creating their own unique and distinctive lives, I thought it was only fair to share a bit about myself in return.
